September 2026: Binti Product Features and Enhancements
As we head into September, we’re wrapping up August with a few more updates designed to improve Family Finding visibility, AI-powered documentation, and the reliability of training workflows. This round also introduces a new name for one of Binti’s AI experiences.
Here’s what’s new.
Family Finding
🔎 More Child Context in Potential Kin Online Search Audit Reporting
We’ve added Associated Child(ren) to Potential Kin Online Search (PKOS) Audit Reporting, giving Family Finding teams and supervisors clearer visibility into which children a potential kin online search supported.
What’s improved:
- A new Associated Child(ren) column identifies children connected through the Link Potential Connections workflow.
- Multiple children are displayed when a search supports connections for more than one child.
- Child names link directly to their Child Data page for quicker navigation.
- A new multi-select Associated Child(ren) filter makes it easier to find searches connected to specific children.
- Associated child information is now included in CSV exports.
If a search did not result in potential kin being linked or updated for a child, the field will remain blank.
These updates make it easier to connect PKOS search activity back to the children and casework it supports.

✨ Meet Binti Scribe
Fill Forms is becoming Binti Scribe!
The new name better reflects what the tool does: using AI to help teams turn source materials into documentation drafts more efficiently, reducing time spent on administrative work.
What’s changing:
- Fill Forms is now called Binti Scribe throughout Binti.
- Updated navigation makes Binti Scribe easier to recognize and find.
- The homepage now features Binti Scribe Drafts, including a unified Items to Review count.
- Completion emails and the Binti Scribe workspace use the new branding.
- Existing drafts, saved work, permissions, and access carry over automatically.
- For drafts involving Binti Sign documents, actions in the Form or Note column now wrap onto separate lines rather than overflowing the table.
The refreshed experience makes Binti’s AI-powered drafting capabilities easier to discover while better reflecting how Scribe can help teams spend less time drafting documentation from source materials.
Please note: This enhancement is rolling out in phases for Binti’s AI customers.

🎓 Improvements to Renewal Training Requirements
Renewal training requirements can now accommodate when household roles change—such as when a co-applicant transitions to the primary applicant on a subsequent renewal.
What’s improved:
- Binti now follows application history across applicant and co-applicant role changes.
- Renewal training requirements continue to generate as expected following household role changes.
- Existing valid training requirements are no longer removed when a new renewal is created.
- Previously affected renewal records are being adjusted to restore the appropriate application history and requirements.
This update helps maintain accurate and continuous training requirements throughout a family’s renewal history.
In Summary
August’s updates continue our focus on making information easier to find, reducing administrative effort, and helping workers move through everyday workflows with greater clarity and confidence.
