Centralizing placement communications into one system allows robust tracking of outreach efforts and reduces time to placement. Knowing this, one of our first priorities was developing a Placements Outreach Platform to contact caregivers via email regarding the placement of a child. Today, we're releasing a serious upgrade!
Now, when conducting outreach to caregivers about a potential placement, you can send an SMS in addition to email. Making things even better, the email and SMS are both fully customizable! All communications continue to be automatically saved in the Call Log for the caregiver.
